Words can scarcely depict my whole being, for I am more than a few paragraphs stringed together with a well-read vernacular and an inner poetic appreciation for beauty and its many splendorous forms. I am a man with conflicting thoughts and feelings, who’s loved, hated, and grieved. I'm a writer, a poet, a romantic, a fool, an artist, a musician, and an egomaniac all at the same time. At times, I'm stubborn to the point where I even grate the nerves of my beloved girlfriend. At other times, I'm such a fool that I make an ass of myself in public willingly, just to see Sarah's embarrassed expression light up with that pretty blush of her's.

People love me, some more than others, and people hate me as well. This fact is inescapable. I've lived my life capriciously, bounding from one obstacle to the next, with that idiotic grin of mine plastered on my face. I may be an idiot at times, but I've been known to have my moments. I get this warm feeling deep inside my gut when I stir up laughter from those I care about, be it a simple joke or a public spectacle of some kind. Despite being a pessimist, I find myself coming around. As they say, being in love turns you into a raving optimist. And I like to think I've found my one and only, the happiness that has eluded me for so long bundled up in a wonderful and beautiful package I like to call my girlfriend, Sarah.
